Ok. I can understand some of the negative reviews. Rick is a bit old school and may not be the guy to call to work on a fancy, high end appliance. He might not have seen your model before and he's got no love for the manufacturing quality of newer appliances. Call your Viking dealer instead. We had him repair a broken actuator on an old Sears washing machine that has run like a champ for 20 years. He was punctual and transparent and got it fixed in 30 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don’t waste your time and money. Rick was very unprofessional and ineffective. Not only did he fail to fix my refrigerator, but it was in worse shape after his “repair”. He spent most of the time telling me all about the terrible qualities of my relatively new, French door style refrigerator and why it’s so hard to fix. He was advising me on what type of refrigerator I should buy next: the oldest, simplest kind I can find, preferably used. Is that because it’s the only kind he knows how to fix?!? I s... read more

BEWARE...I WOULD NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE. RICK THE OWNER WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A PROPER INVOICE FOR HIS FINDINGS ON A REPAIR JOB THAT I HIRED HIM TO DO. WHEN I ASKED HE SAID CALL ME IN A FEW DAYS IF YOU DON'T GET A BETTER WRITTEN INVOICE. I CALL HIM AND HE TELLS ME THAT HE REFUSES TO WRITE ME A INVOICE TO CORRECT THE SHODDY INVOICE HE GENERATED ON THE SERVICE DATE. Called to inquire about a repairing a leak in my washing machine. I live downtown, once he heard that, he asked about parking. After explaining that I had a reserved place for him to park, he still would not take my business. Seek help elsewhere if you live downtown.
