Debbie is always so helpful with scheduling and makes everything so much easier. She is friendly, patient, caring and always willing to help whenever needed. Dr Rufino is super nice but the equipment is clearly outdated. She diagnosed a blighted ovum and the next day I went to a diff obgyn to ensure it was in fact one & there was a heartbeat in the sac. I don’t blame the Dr. because I saw the empty sac but I do blame 100% the outdated equipment. I will not return for the rest of my pregnancy because I can’t trust the equipment. It is a shame. Hopefully someone higher up sees this review and decides to make better purchases for ultrasounds.
Women Health Center at CentraState Medical do not go there! Very unorganized...…I have been taken ultrasound test for many years and I have never experienced any problems with any other places before until now.... I had a 9:00am ultrasound appointment today. It did not go very well.... I did not called in and now its 9:30am. I asked, is every okay? When do you think I will be called in? They said "you are next". Waited again, now its 9:45am ask again, they said "someone is coming to get you". I go in and then waited until 10... read more
