I had a very bad experience with one of the emt specialists. Friday February 9, 2024. Call placed for assistance around noon, call pick up on south 10th street to ER. The specialist had no empathy. I was in need of medical assistance and he was laughing at my behavior. I was scared. He made fun of my behavior during the transit. I was non responsive but I could hear everything he was saying.
