My sister recently called to get ambulance to take her husband to hospital. The guy who answered the phone couldn't hear and asked her to speak up which she did and he told her there was no reason for her to yell at him. She was not yelling and he said he couldn't help her if she was going to talk to him that way and hung up. Terrible customer service..
