Horrible experience. I did my due diligence and verified in advance that the office was listed as a provider under my insurance and Dr. Kwok verified my insurance was covered. I explained to Dr. Kwok my concern about a 4 month cough and he proceeded to provide acupuncture and herbs. At the end of the visit he declined to accept my insurance card or FSA card and insisted on my credit card payment. For the last 7 years I have been constantly nauseous, 24/7. If I rolled onto my side while sleeping I would immediately wake up feeling like I was going to throw up. Nice atmosphere
Had some mild tendonitis and came here and took 3 days off bc i do (gymnastics) and i’m back in the gym like it was my first day and also they are super nice and welcoming 10/10 recommend!!!
