Update 4/13/2026 Thank you again Dr. Kwak, my shoulder was in pain do to my own doing. Tried a massage, the relief was temporary. Tried the theragun, it helped, but the pain returned. Tried the theracane, again, the relief was temperary. Finally had time and reached out to Dr. Kwak. I wasn't avoiding going to see Dr. Kwak, was just really busy with life. I've had chronic back pain for years. I had one session with Dr. Kwak and I was pain-free and so relaxed. I had a second visit today and I feel pain-free still. I read up on acupuncture for pain. It is recommended that you go twice a week for a month and then do maintenance visits. That is the plan. What he did was WAY better than taking NSAIDS or a narcotic pain pill.
