I don't know what that other reviewer was expecting, but I had a great experience. Granted, the facility isn't much to look at, but was clean and comfortable. My masseuse Angie gave me one of the best massages I've had, and I feel great and relaxed, which is what I go to a massage therapist for, not atmosphere or conversation. I highly recommend this place.
