I hadn’t gotten a return call, so I tried again. I had a discussion with Bill. He sent a technician out that day! His tech , David was very helpful.

5 Star Services saved us when our travel trailer broke down, with a tire smoking due to the ball bearings and drum over heating and being damaged. We tried several services before calling them and with their mobile RV repair services, they were able to make the needed repairs. Without them we were stuck, not able to move due to the damage and potential fire. Our technician Ben, did an outstanding job and was very helpful and easy to work with.

When we engaged with the service advisor, my wife indicated that she didn't want someone to come out and "Tell us that it was broken". We wanted it repaired. The response was "We carry all of the Schwintek parts on the truck. He explained how much it would be to come out and we were ok with what we thought the charges would be. The estimated time for the tech to come out was between 1-2 PM. I confirmed the appointment. We checked into the campground early to ensure that we would be there at 1.
