Made an appointment online for 10am. When I arrived at 9:50 no one was at the salon. Someone arrived finally at 10am with 5 people outside waiting. We all had appointments but there wasn’t enough staff here to help. They then took a walk in before sorting out all of the appointments first. Then a young woman called the owner I assume on speaker phone and asked how to organize everyone here waiting and asked if they should make walks in wait over appointments… obviously???
