Star1MS helped me out so much. I ordered the wrong washing/dryer and Lowe’s was giving me a hard time returning it. Mia from Star1Ms talked to Lowe’s and got them to pick it up and return it. She is amazing.

We cannot recommend Star 1 MS highly enough. After the Eaton Fire, they took on an extremely complicated restoration involving our home and ADU and handled it with exceptional care, knowledge, and professionalism. They are all nice guys, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism of this company. They repeatedly made appointments and did not show, promised they would follow up and then failed to do so, and missed their own self-set deadlines. They also did not clean up after themselves. Finally, the price was too high for the quality of work and level of service that they provided. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
