We service our vehicles here. The mechanics do an awesome job and do a great inspection for further maintenance needs. We have also bought a handful of vehicles from Stapp as well.
Horrible oil change service! The oil filter came off loose and leaked; plus the air filter wasn't installed properly and ripped off the plastic edges. Seriously what kind service is this?
Stapp's service center is overpriced and they do not honor their work. If they make a mistake, they will charge you to repair that mistake. They wanted to charge $200 for diagnostics to repair an issue they caused. The actual repair would have been more. I had the issue repaired elsewhere for $80. Instead of making it right, Stapp chose to slander the shop that found the issue and quote me 2.5 times the repair cost just to put my truck on the lift. I would avoid them at all cost.
Omg! The new practice is to not answer the phone in the service department? How frustrating!
