I had an outstanding experience with Stapp Electrical Services from start to finish. The coordination and professionalism were evident immediately. Stapp Electrical was dispatched to our house by our warranty company to figure out what was going on with the electrical panel because we kept having breakers randomly trip and one of the wires sparked and burned. I was super anxious to have it resolved quickly because we have a toddler in the house and I’m expecting. Stapp Electrical’s staff were communicative, professional, and very polite. Mr. Stapp was did an overall great job. I used him through my home warranty company. I was scheduled promptly and was notified when he was on his way. He was professional, thorough, and took care of multiple issues for me.

I contacted this electrician and set up an appointment with them. Although it took a few days for them to get back to me to originally schedule the appointment they eventually did. I was charged for the survive however no one ever showed for the appointment. I called them nearly everyday for about 2 weeks with no response. To this day I have had no one reach out to try to make this right and had to go with a different electrician. I am super disappointed i would say try anyone else.
