Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in the door.
Horrible customer service. The lady I dealt with had a very abrasive and nasty attitude. The worst part is, I feel like she judged my conversation as “urban” And racially discriminated me. I asked to speak to a manager repeatedly, and STILL Have not gotten the opportunity to do so. Hopefully, other African-Americans will see this and luckily avoid the experience that I just had.
