I ordered a spiral bound print project. First after the email saying it was ready, I get there and it wasn't. They didn't add the spiral. Next they informed me they cut the holes improperly so they had to hand attach the spiral and the pages are not even. Next the print itself, the pages were printed off center on most of the pages. I made sure to leave room for the spiral and now some pages have a huge gap at the bottom with the top cut off or vice versa and the side do the same thing.
