Employees are not friendly and there's usually nobody in the store even when you first walk in. So then they start paging people when you tell them what you need but often the person who comes doesn't know anything. I go there because there's usually no line but you have to wait for people to come to service you. I'm going to try FedEx next time.
The customer service at Staples is wonderful, and it's so appreciated to have the personal interaction when you have a question or need to find something. Keep up the good work Staples! Also appreciate that you're part of the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce - love that you care about your community!
