We came and did TSA Precheck here today. No line, and we had appointments. Super easy and great customer service.
I mostly only go here for Amazon returns. It seems like the hours change monthly. Used to be open an hour later and now you're not. On Amazon it lists your hours open later which is why I selected to go there. And then you're always closed when I try and go. I'd appreciate if you had later hours. Oftentimes there's no employee at the Amazon return area.
Came here for TSA Pre check services. Super awesome! They recommend making an appointment, so I'll do that next time, but we came in the middle of the day as a walk in and it went lickety split! I didn't realize they had so many other services here, too, like Amazon drop off, post office services and more! Pretty great!
I waited 15 min for someone to come to aisle 4 for a passport picture (after I asked an employee and he called it in). Wasted time, nobody showed up.
