This is the worst customer service related experience I have had at a brick and mortar store in a long time. The blond lady with glasses working on Sunday morning March 1, 2026 was so rude. She acted like I was such an inconvenience for coming into the store to drop off my Amazon return. When I asked a question she was so snarky and just mean. Avoid doing TSA Pre-Check registration here like the plague. They slot each appointment for 10 mins but it takes 20 mins for each appointment so you’re stuck waiting past your scheduled time. Dreadful experience to say the least.
