got what I needed, average experience.
This store accepts Amazon returns. This is the reason why the get one star from me. Other than this, their service is inefficient and poor. They have one slow lady working a the registers and the returns desk by herself while 3 other store employees wander around the store seemingly uninterested that there is a line of 5 people waiting to be helped with their returns. This is a common situation regardless of the day or time of the day.
I go here frequently to print many things for business related & homeschool related things. Ms. Cat has always been so patient with me when I need extra help & all of the staff at this location has been very gracious with me. Very good customer service from all of the people who work here. I've been going to this specific location for years because they are such good people to work with. Thank you!!
I love this Staples. Michael is so helpful every time I come in. Give that man a promotion!
