I rented a space for $96.00 in Aug 2025. 3 months later the fee was increased to 155.00! I called and said I was on a fixed income and a senior and could not afford that. When I first signed up no mention that there could be an increase like that in 3 months! I checked Virginia statutes on regulations for storage companies There is no law against this kind of gouging. So, I had to find another storage place and had to move my belongings again! This is so wrong and basically immoral.
