Please someone check out the printing department in Silverdale, WA, 98383. It is a joke! Customers are being ignored, loosing print files, calls are not being returned, and then they blame the customer. Not very good customer service. Been going there for 5 plus years and all different staff that maybe need to be retrained. Took my $89 and felt like really nothing was done. No store credit, no refund.
The Lebanon NH store is a mismanagement disaster. I then try and call corporate to be stuck on a useless phone tree forever. Upper management needs to drastically reorganize. Get rid of poor performing stores and demand a culture of customer service excellence. So disappointed with both local and corporate levels and lack of competency and service. HELP!
I returned an Amazon item on via Staples on Alpharetta GA on 12/22/25. The clerk had an error scanning it into the bin (bin full) so called over the manager to help. I was given a receipt, yet I have not received credit for my return yet (and am due $216). I have reported the error to Amazon twice — on 1/5/25 and 3/15/25, including uploading the drop off receipt — and still not had this resolved.
