Staples store #1634 Rolling Meadows, Illinois has lost my business due to rude and unprofessional staff Sergio and Ruby. I have been going to this location for 13 years. Bought a Computer on July 11, 2025 on July 14th we went in to get it setup as scheduled but was told nobody would be in until 11am, I was very clear when we set up this schedule due to health issues, so I wanted my money back .. the check cleared the next day, and yet here I am still waiting on July 28th for our money, and of course can't get ahold of anyone .. what a terrible business and was even told by a clerk that they've had quite a few complaints telling people they would complete setup within 2 to 3 days and yet 2 we... read more
My daughter and I stopped in the Marlton, NJ Staples on Route 70 to have a booklet prepared. We were met by Sinclair. She was so fun, professional, educational and a pure joy to deal with. She did what we wanted, gave us suggestions and led us to exactly the finsihed product we wanted. She is an excellent employee who obviously loves her job, loves helping customers and the best employee! Kudos!
