We have placed 2 orders of over $1000 EACH & have not received not 1 single item from the order. We have called, emailed numerous times & keep being told it is being sent to the "advance team" for review & someone will contact me. NO CALL BACK!! This is an order for a HUGE international company. You would think Staples would care. But NO! they just keep sending us adds to by more. This company is a scam.
Calling to leave a complaint about their store who pillage customers with erroneous policy’s is next to impossible.
I was just treated very poorly by the “manager” Tony B.at Streetsboro Oh Staples store. I will. Ever go back!
