Best office supply store in Eugene – Great service. Everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes it does get a little busy, but I find that the degree of help from the staff is worth the wait. The help is very strait forward and in my dealings with them in the past they have always been up front about what I can expect. The only complaint I have is that sometimes its hard hard to get help but at least it's not like best buy or wal mart where your lucky if you find someone at all.

Unsatisfied – My sons computer had been performing slow ever since he hit puberty. I called and had an EasyTech Repair Technician come out and repair the PC. We paid over $250 for this service and within a weeks time we had the same problem again. I had asked the tech to lock down the computer so he couldn't create this issue again by his surfing.
