The Dr was friendly, explained what he was doing and was patient when I had to choose from two very close prescriptions in the machine. I got photo tinted lens' and they're wonderful!! Definitely sticking with them. They even took pictures of my eyes and are watching a mole I have on the back of my right eyeball. I feel safe with staples eye clinic. They really make sure they've covered all bases.
