Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor communicates very well and informs you about what is happening. Our family of 5 now doctors at Staples Eye clinic because of the great care they provide.
We had a great experience at Staples Eye Clinic. Dr. Fenstermacher took the time to speak to each of us in the room, and my 5 year old who was not being seen that day was excited to receive a "grown up handshake." He helped my 6 year old feel at ease during her first visit. He made sure to connect with each of us and took an interest in our backgrounds and noticed lots of little things that he could connect with us about. Certainly exceeded expectations. My entire family will now receive care at Staples Eye Clinic.
Dr. Jesse is unbelievable. I had a major issue going with my eye twice and he stepped in to save the day. He communicates extremely well and helps you understand what’s happening within your eye. The level of service you will receive at this clinic is second to none in any industry. They are all really great people who care. Thanks guys!
