They NIM you and walk.
They people contract with pg&e. 3 techs and a manager had yo come out to collect data 3 separate times because the previous tech didn’t do the job correctly. The even world call to schedule the initial data collection after it was already completed. When you ask what happened only a they got fired responce is given. Office staff are rude borderline incompetent. Overall service was never rendered and no reason why was given. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with.
Fast and friendly service. Michael is very professional in his work, he works very hard to please the client. I recommend him for a raise/promotion. Very efficient!!
I'm disappointed with this company because at summer they came to our house to help to save the energy. when they done my house heating system stop working . I call them and they send the technician to our house to see what happened, they unable to find out what happened our they just acting they don't know what happened they ask us call back when is fall coming we came back and fixing it.
