This Staples is always very clean and well organized, usually well-stocked! The employees are always very friendly and helpful! Would recommend!
I purchased 20+ chairs and a laptop about 1 month ago, the laptops hard drive went out!!! I took it to them and have to go through all kinds of procedures to send back to Dell, vs. them replacing. Wasn’t super happy about the outcome, but the Manager was helpful in giving me the tech service information for Dell.
I had a print job done. The young man running the print department told me how to save money by creating my own label address in word then emailing the file to him. He did a fantastic job!
Great place. And customer service was good also. Found what I needed.
The girl was super helpful and very diligent with making all our copies- we had a lot! I told my hubby that she deserved a gift card for dinner with all her effort for helping us!
Messed my cards up, most are crooked. When I asked for them to be redone, they couldn't find my order so I couldn't resend. They did nothing to help me out
