I generally stop here if I need something laminated. It's Sunday 1:20 now. They are slow. I walked in and handed the person 5 pieces of paper I needed laminated at 12:48. The laminating machine wasn't even turned on. I was told it would take 10 minutes for it to heat up and my order to be done. Ok, no biggie. We walked around for a bit. I was invoiced out at 1:12. Horrible service. All I wanted to do was have some important papers emailed. First time I came in a few days ago lady told me she was too busy. Now this time completely ignored. No sense of urgency to help customers. And it's a shame because I really liked coming to this staples. Hopefully there will be more associates who are actually customer friendly next time.
