don't let them transfer files bought a new pc there. took my old machine into them to transfer files from old machine to new. They keep making promises about when it will be ready and it isn't. They have had it for 3 days and it still is not ready. I call them and they promise a time and it is not ready. Techs are hardly ever there. Very unhappy.

VERY GOOD was looking for a specific APC surge protector. I typed in the exact model number I wanted and the site brought up a picture of what I thought was it. I quickly ordered the item. 2 days later the item was here. However, upon opening it I found it wasn't the model I was looking for. I double checked the Staples site and found that when entering a specific model number, the site showed me a similar item that looks almost exactly the same but had less features.
