There just really aren’t any words to convey the utter disappointment I feel toward this Staples location. We used to do a lot of business here and have taken elsewhere slowly over the past couple of years. From weekly grabbing business items for our company to having things printed for our kids for school projects, this was always the place we would go because of their customer service and consistent pricing. My parents own a tow company they came in today to have business cards made. They have had them made there before with no issues. This time they changed the picture and went through the details with the clerk. However what they got was not what they had agreed to have made. I purchased a Dell Venue tablet July 28th, they didn't have one in store so was to be shipped directly to me by vendor, August 20th NO TABLET and they can't figure out where it is and when it may arrive, However they were more then thrilled to ship me another one at a higher cost and IF this one could be located would refund my $300...................
