We ordered our Christmas cards last Thursday for same day pick up. We came to the store Friday evening an hour after receiving an email that they were ready only to be told by the girl working that they weren’t finished & we could wait until 9pm for them. do not stock canon ink anymore have to go elsewhere.and yes I got a hold of a rude gentleman when I went to purchase a printer, he didn't even want to check online for a certain brand because my guess ,they were closing in 45 min. this was about 6 months ago.Had to go to Wal-Mart.
Went in to purchase a new officer chair, an employee came by and was very rude and unconcerned so we took our business elsewhere. The staff is generally not very helpful and the management is fairly uselsss most of the time. I’ve personally been asked if I work there when I was walking through in my work clothes just to see the management scoff the potential customer and keep walking.
Poor service in copy and print center. Failed to understand what a copyright really means. Will not do business with them again.
