I've shopped here forever and love the customer service, the clean store, and easy to find supplies. Today I was helped with ideas about a handwritten cookbook that I am working on. I just wanted to leave a review to let the salesperson know how much I appreciated his assistance. The book looks great! Just like I had envisioned.
Customer service was non-existent! I ask three different employees where a certain item was. All three said "it should be on aisle _". It wasn't but none of the three could take the time to show me where the item was. I left there empty handed and won't be going back.
Thank you so much for the advice on how to recover a very large, very important file I've been working on for a long time.
