There just really aren’t any words to convey the utter disappointment I feel toward this Staples location. We used to do a lot of business here and have taken elsewhere slowly over the past couple of years. From weekly grabbing business items for our company to having things printed for our kids for school projects, this was always the place we would go because of their customer service and consistent pricing. I understand short staff is a big issue, but how can you not answer the phone? I called yesterday waited a long time and no one answered. I called this morning and I waited 30 minutes so they can say "please hold". Answering phone calls is a big deal for customer service. Hope they organize and management better.

My daughter and I went in this store on 3/ 8 at 8:20 PM. for bubble wrap which was needed for the next day for moving. 2 large rolls and get one free. Only two available. The clerk and manager refused to accommodate our need for three rolls by substituting three small rolls for the one large roll. Very poor way to keep customers happy. Manager did offer to order some which would be delivered on Thursday or Friday. We were told while supplies last. The sign in the store did not state that. Marcela Pinzon On December 30 2020 we sent a box to Miami and in January 6 they give us back the box broken and we sent the photos of the box and the information they request us and until now today February 16 not receive the money back and any response about the box because they broke the box and return it to us like this, they are unprofessional BE CAREFULL with that people never send any box AGAIN with them, DONT TRUST IN THAT PEOPLE, believe me.the box was sent in UPS inside of staples place.
