Staples needs to get employees that know what they are doing. Got call computer was fixed. Went to get it guy working Sunday 11/20/2021 had no idea what he was doing. Kept asking me if my name was some other name than my name which I had to tell 3 times. Then working with me gets phone call and takes the call like I am not even standing at his counter. RecommendedMy husband & I received the best customer service today that either of us has ever had! Randy helped us look for a specific printer & when they didn’t have it he gave us a deal on another one. He was extremely polite, patient & knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. I have only been to Staples a couple times in my life but I will definitely be shopping there regularly now! Thanks again Randy!
These people clearly have no knowledge of what they sell. Tell me a piece doesn't exist even though I find it on the website. Over priced and worse customer service.
This store is poorly run by individuals that do not understand customer service! I purchased a wall calendar - inquired to TWO associates if it was the only academic year they had...& was told it was. Price was $17.99 & was tax exempt because it is for a church. I get to church to put up the calendar only to see I was sold a 2016 calendar. I return the calendar and now they have to order me a 2017...but I notice on clearance January-December 2017 calendars for $5.99. All this hassle and they REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE $6 Calendar... read more

Horrible, Horrible management and service. Does not honor their advertisements
Horrible Horrible experience with ordering on the website, I received a coupon code in my email. I ordered an item to be picked up at the store. Order went through fine said would be approx 2 hours and it would be ready. We went to town after 3 and she said it was cancelled. I came back home wasted time and gas money and there was still no email that the order was cancelled. Order was placed at 1:33 not until after 8 pm did it notify me of this. Tried to reach this store by phone several times today - unsuccessfully. Business must be good - each time it rings until it cuts you off. Maybe you need to hire some people or train your current staff to just answer the phone and ask to hold (as a courtesy) instead of making me feel unimportant. Just a thought.
