Salespeople very pushy, went in for a small file box, found the size we wanted 2 different salespeople tried selling me something bigger, sometimes a customer just wants to buy what the customer wants without salespeople butting in, just as bad as a car dealership!
give us longer time to use up our rewards we get in the mail, by the time we receive them its almost time to expire and i am not running to the store, and you have us in the computer so why cant they pull us up and use them that way if you forget them at home ???
My cell phone � had a quick experience with water the day before. I put it in rice over night and that helped but a grain of rice ended up getting into where the charger connects. I walked into staples and Josh Mason had the right tweezers to fix it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. So grateful for his help. What a great guy! �
If your looking to buy any tech from these people with a protection plan you better be sure to look and see if you got the correct protection plan. I assumed they were professional and knew what they were doing but I got screwed!
