It’s a new dawn in the USA, but one thing remains - Staples sucks. It can’t handle its shipments and refuses to stand by its services. I lost some sentimental and valuable presents shipped to my son. It arrived pilfered and Staples chose not to help in any way. Stay away from Staples. This was sent from Brattleboro to Pittsburgh.

Went in to buy a desk and they had a clearance price , floor model was the last one in stock but since they offered it online they couldn't sell the floor model at the discounted price and wanted us to pay full price. Don't offer it on a clearance price if your not going to honor it!
