was at wits end trying to figure out online upload of banner.. called store Alora assured me if i emailed it to her she would handle it to my specific needs. I was happily satisfied with the professionalism and confidence she exuded. We have a business account and only use Staples Palatka for our needs.
I recommend Staples because of the outstanding customer service. Manager Sheryl and associate Courtney at the Palatka store were a great help to me and my Church. I had a quiet unreasonable request and was in a rush because i realized while in the middle of a big print job i had the wrong cartridges to finish the job. They helped me greatly in spite of my difficult request. The Palatka store will forever be our go to Staples. Thank you
Went here to buy a laser printer BUT couldn't. Why?! BC the employees LOST the keys to the building. �� just lost my business for sure. Be smarter people
