I've had mixed experiences at the Freeport Staples. Just getting supplies has been fine, but I've run into the most trouble with printing different materials. On one occasion I was in a hurry, handed them a stack of business card stock I had bought there a few days before and asked them to print so many sheets from a flash drive file. The machine they were using kept destroying the card stock, which completely wasted most of the pack I had bought from them without so much as an "I'm sorry," or any offer to replace the paper ... read more
Went in to mail something off and was not even greeted. Woman behind the counter acted like i was wasting her time no personality at all. I'll take my packages to the UPS facility downtown from now on!
Couldn't get anyone to ring up what I wanted so just set it down and left. Was going to possibly also purchased a file cabinet, chair, and desk. Guess someone else will get my business instead
