I went there to pick up a USB port that I had requested to be transferred to three USB ports. The guy who helped me yesterday was very courteous and helpful, far different from the young associate I dealt with today. This young lady associate made me wait for more than 10 minutes before handing me my stuff. She could have apologize for the long wait, but instead, gave me an attitude when I complained. She lacks good customer service training.
The copy center has always gone above and beyond, but today was the best ever! Long story short, my daughter had a dead battery in their parking lot and Kim and Mike came to the rescue. Mike called Ronnie and he came right over to save the day!!!! Staples cope center is like family to me. Thank you always!!
I received no customer service during my entire visit for an item I needed to buy. Cashier was stuffing her face while checking me out at register.
