A shout out to customer service at Staples! I was shopping for something I knew nothing about. She wanted the new Kindle that also has audio. The guy at the store sold me an Amazon tablet. Well mamma wasn’t happy so we ordered one. I took it to the store for a return. I had the receipt and the register kept saying no record of this sale. He couldn’t put the money back on my card. Staples took our money for 3 office chairs over 3 weeks ago. Said they would call when they came in. They never called. We went to check 2 weeks ago. They said they were shipped to the anderson store. Said they would call when they got them. They NEVER called. Went back one week ago. Had two of em. Said they would call when they got the third. They NEVER CALLED! Went back today and finally got the last chair and they tried to CHARGE US AGAIN!!!! Guess what??? NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH STAPLES!!! Shop carefully!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Thieves!!!!!!! I left my wallet and called and it had been turned in. However, when I went to get it, it has mysteriously disappeared. I got a call 5 days later it had been found again but it was MISSING $200. I asked the manager to please look at the video surveillance so we can find what happened and he said NO. WOW. Sad and Pathetic. That cash better be back in there when I pick it up or police WILL be involved.
Expensive but their hot deals are the best. At the right time this store is perfect
