So, it has been an extremely long time since I’ve been into staples. I found that the employees really didn’t care too much about customer service, or anything they sell. Well there was that one time they wanted to charge $100 to fix my computer. I ended up finding what I needed for 20 dollars other than that I would recommend them.
Management doesn’t have any clue about there price matching.. or knows how to take the correct steps to do it.. so now I don’t get my legit awesome deal that corporate said should of been honored but now it was unavaible after talking to them.. I’m literally pissed off at staples and don’t recommend anyone going there because of there lack of knowledge of there policy.
