I came in this afternoon prepped and ready to spend up to $300. Finding no help, I located the chair I wanted, then had to walk to the front of the store looking for help, where the person behind the counter called for a clerk to meet me. That person said I couldn't buy the chair I wanted, but could order it online. He sent me to a third person who walked to the front of the store to place the online order ,and only then asked me what I wanted to order. That information was back at the chair. When you buy a laptop or any kind of pc at the Burlington Iowa store Don't expect any help from them unless you pay an additional fee. Even with something relatively easy. What ever happened to customer service?
I RECENTLY TOOK A LADY ( WHO IS VERY SLOW AND NOT WELL KEPT) TO STAPLE STORE IN BURLINGTON,IOWA. THE LADY LOVES STAPLES AND SPENDS $75.00 AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. WHILE WE WERE LOOKING AROUND--AN EMPLOYEE--OLDER MAN WITH WHITE LONG HAIR FOLLOWED US AROUND IN EVERY AISLE WE WENT. MADE OUR VISIT VERY UNPLEASANT. ITS A SHAME A NICE STORE LIKE STAPLES HAS SUCH HELP. WILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I GO BACK THERE. BRENDA PULLEY
