Terrible experience. 2 faulty printers-and when we went back the last time, told us that could have one sent up for us to pick up in a couple hours. Ummmm Nope! This is my 3rd time in your store within 48 hours. Not coming back, not today, Not ever. Off to Best Buy!
MoCo....don't fax anything from Staples...they will rape you. Outback will be using Kinkos for any printing I need done
I usually have a great experience here while having things copied and laminated. Today (2/26/15) was not a good one. I stopped by to purchase a wireless printer but I had a few questions to be answered. I overheard a sales associate asking customers if they needed help, but for some reason when he reached my isle he simply kept going, he didn't say anything at all.
