It’s a bit disappointing to ask for help finding something and have the employee simply wave in a vague direction and give you an isle number to look for rather than actually help you find it. I’m sure whatever the three of them were giggling and chatting about was far more important anyways.

I like the service but hate that they don't open until 11:00 on Sunday! Always people waiting in parking lot. Is it not worth 1 hour of payroll? Really? I work at a store that opens at 7am everyday because we cater to our customers.

I had to get something printed and the young lady who helped me did an excellent job. I ended up getting it laminated and was really happy with her work!

Weak service, printing and copy department supervisor needs to be trained in customer service. She is not polite and is very disgruntled when customers try to get her help. Always a wait. Boo

I wanted to take a moment to mention the great service I received today with Ricardo. He listened and help me find exactly what I needed. He even helped me try it out and confirm in the store that it was EXACTY what I needed. It was a surprise to not feel rushed and heard.
