This is the 2nd year in a row that I have had issues with Staples print and copy services for our nonprofit organization. The order was not completed when it was promised. The partial order was not printed correctly. The staff is not trained well enough on the hardware and business software. The young man helping me was very apologetic and polite. It was not his fault. You guys sold me the wrong ink today I got home opened it and won't work in my printer not happy at all.
