staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. especially the computer tech Andrew; and in printing services, Felicia did a great job with my somewhat customized labels. everyone that day, Friday, were pleasant and helpful.
I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, Eric in your print center, Stony Brook location. He remained calm and patient when I was having a difficult time retrieving emails I had sent to be printed the day before.( that never reached the print center.) His calm manner and complete knowledge of his job was comforting. He found the work I needed, printed and completed the job on the spot! Knowledgeable, patient, and kind Eric is. Staples and me are lucky to have him in our corner
Do not take your computer's here to be repaired !! You will be ripped off. You can buy a new one for what they chsrge, AND you have to pay in advance
There's like 1 aisle of school supplies and you yelled at my mom.
