I dropped a banner and poster order off Friday and was told it would be printed Monday and I'd get a phone call. No phone call. Here it is Wednesday, after on hold for close to 25 minutes, got an actual person on the phone. Initially, couldn't locate my order at all. Nothing under my name (yet I had the "Customer Copy" of my order sitting in front of me and saw the guy that helped me take his copy!).
