Went there for a computer that was on sale, by the time they started adding other stuff I've would have walked out paying almost 1500. Now I see why they stay empty
This is aggravating, I do not understand why retail stores would do this to their customers, why you cannot buy anything without checking their own prices online? They honored their online price yes, but Would I have to pay almost double if I did not have immediate access to the internet? Also you have to keep an eye on aisle prices vs charges on the register, sometimes they do not match! Making copies? Went to do some UPS shipping. Over and hour to process 3 package (normal) shipments. The employee was bouncing between a bunch of customers, single-handedly, while, at least, 4 other employees were socializing and just avoiding the area where work was going on, in general. When I made a plea for someone to help the guy, they looked at me like I was a three-headed monster... and basically disappeared.
Everytime I visit staples to fax papers, I am always satisfied. The employees are very Willing to help you with anything you need done. I always get done what I came there to do without difficulty. I look forward to just walking through the store to see their products. I feel certain that if I can't find what I want that someone will help me without me having to wait a long time.
Have had several projects printed at the Waldorf Festival Way Copy/Print Center. The employees were always very nice and willing to help even when I could see they were swamped. Kudos to Christina, who always has a smile on her face and willing to go the extra mile to make my projects a success.
The print center is incompetent. Don't go there unless you plan to make a copy, that's all their staff can handle. Except for the redhead girl. I'll drive an additional 20miles to go to another store.
