I bought a Staples high speed shredder back in January. It came with a one year warranty. On Tuesday it stopped running. It was not jammed so I called their hotline. They asked a few questions. They asked me to cut the cord off and take a picture of the cord and the shredder which I did. I emailed the pictures to them and got an email saying my new shredder will be shipped within 72 hrs. "That was easy".
Do not adhere to their motto of "making things easier" especially if you have kids in tow. Disappointed.
