I visited your store for the first time last week. I had the pleasure of having Dane ring up my sale. He could not have been any nicer and made my customer experience and A+. Last week I went to a competitor to look for an item (they were closer to my house). They did not greet me (STAPLES did). When I asked for assistance there - they pointed to a shelf and seemed put out by my asking. Completely different experience at the STAPLES on Wake Forest Rd. Definitely plan on going the extra mile to get my office needs there.
Consistently great service at this location. I don't normally rate random big box stores, but these guys have repeatedly impressed me.
Used to work here for 3 years and its a very, VERY sexist store. The only thing the boss cares is his full time people which is about 6 people. Other than that he could give 2 craps about is his part timers! Doesn't matter if you sell the most squaretrade, #1 on the surveys, have people even recommend for you to help them out. NOPE. He doesn't care.. If you're 2 minutes late you're fired. But you watch Easy Tech supervisor come in 15-20 minutes late almost every day. Very, very glad I don't work here anymore!!!
