The sales associate was incredibly rude to myself and others. An elderly lady was asking for help/products and the associate radioed another to "just play it off" as they couldn't make sense of her request. Completely unprofessional - I'm sad to see that service in my community.

I was at your Store this past week twice to have my Dell Laptop that I purchased there updated with Sophus Security Virus. Eliot A. is a Great IT Tech Person. He is very knowledgeable and I go back there because of him. I was not that impressed with the Manager on Duty when I stopped late morning, but Eliot knows his stuff!!
