Nice cashier Very patient with me.
Kinda pricey!!
Assistant manager Tom was very disrespectful and rude. He couldn't bother to look at me or his cashier (super nice & professional) while she asked him a question about an out-of-stock item. He answered her question while while walking away under his breath and them when I tried to get his attention he snapped back loudly at me that he didn't have the item. He could take a customer service lesson from his cashier!
After hearing a close friends story and the emotional abuse they encountered absolutely disgusts me that they can play to be an innocent person just to get a job but are nothing less or more then cruel and evil. People like the ones that harassed my friend and grandfather need to be terminated. How would you feel if they did that to your grandparents is the true question? It's a great place to get printing and copying. Some times long lines are frustrating but the two ladies are efficient and helpful.
Excellent customer service in the printing dept. She was very patient and helped me with my printing job.
