John was extremely helpful with shipping my package and checking me out
The print manager don't know how to communicate. Came by today to pick up an order and was not told it wouldn't be ready till 830 even though it was sitting right there needing to be cut. Didn't even offer me an option to have it expedited I would of done that. I don't recommend the print service here. The store manager was very nice though amd gave me a discount on my other purchase for my troubles. so if you're speaking to a guy name Rei, be prepared to be let down big time.
Although I love staples, not a single associate in the store I visited yesterday even acknowledged me or offered help. Lots of people there but all tunnel visioned on tasks.
