Poor customer service. Young girl running the cash register was completely incompetent and could have cared less about actually helping a customer.
they have raised their print prices told the print manager they need to train their employees to tell u the prices n options... they took off the scan charge 11.99 for 6 prints but I'll rethink my new scans! in the past they have been great.
Where the customers come last. Terrible when you can't but something because the manager is to busy on a phone call.
