I came home to an unexpected package from Staples Massapequa, their GM Michael Lopez send a thank you gift, Brownie Points literally Brownies samples as appreciation for my business and shopping needs. Terrible customer service. Placed an order on Wednesday through copy center to be ready for pickup tonight at 6pm. Received numerous calls today from someone to "clarify" the order. Call the store at 6pm to make sure it's ready for pickup, sit on hold for 30 minutes at which point my hubby heads to store only to find it closed. Store employee we spoke to numerous times mentioned the 6pm deadline several times (we even have a voice message) but never once in message or when speaking directly to her thought to mention the stor... read more
Not only were my Christmas Cards not ready for pick up, but I was told there were no envelopes! I had to purchase envelopes for my cards at Michaels. Absolutely rediculous.
Apparently Staples (manager Bob)won't help me with replacing school supplies I purchased and were damaged in the flood. You lost a customer!
